Enter your details; we'll text you back a validation code and email you a link to the member section of the dpdparcelwizard site.

Then you just click the link and enter the code you received by text to validate your details and that's it - registration is complete

If your on-line shopping is being delivered by DPD, Parcel Wizard can help you to schedule your deliveries to suit. You can set up your account information, add delivery addresses, update your calendar and track your orders. Simply update your schedule and delivery preferences and we can arrange deliveries to suit you. You'll get a message from us telling you there's an order due for delivery and the address we'll use for that day


On the morning of the delivery day, we'll text you a time window of when we'll arrive. If you have a last minute change to your schedule, don't worry! You can make the change and we'll get your parcel to you the next day

Step 3 Using your Parcel Wizard ID while shopping

You'll receive your own, unique Parcel Wizard ID. Make sure that you enter it in the first line of the delivery address when ordering on line so that DPD will recognise you if we're the delivery partner of the etailer you're shopping with.

 

Never again do you have to worry about popping out at the wrong moment, or having to take a day off work just to get a delivery.

 

If DPD is delivering your parcel, we'll check your Parcel Wizard schedule to see when and where you're available to take delivery.
